Braun series 6 shaver brand new body, battery and foil. Sent my shaver for a new battery and service. After two weeks Evri told me that the parcel was lost (tracking told me it hadn't been scanned for over a week, so reluctantly bought a new one. Lo and behold a few days later it was actually delivered. I had already paid the fee for the new battery, but when it was opened the battery had been leaking and had badly corroded the metal parts. As a goodwill gesture they replaced the main body and battery. Hence I have a "brand new shaver" that is surplus.
