Messino apple cider vinegar is produced in our own facilities in Messinia from high quality apple juice. After the fermentation process, it is filtered and the final product is stored in suitable tanks, where it is maintained in appropriate conditions. This is followed by the bottling process, during which we select the bottles under strict hygiene conditions, in which the apple cider vinegar is bottled and then distributed.
